All our items are Made to Order and take approximately 5 to 10 working days to complete (excluding delivery).

Because our items are Made to Order specially for you - we would not be able to resell the items we make to anyone else and do therefore not accept any returns of items or provide any refunds.
If your items arrive damaged that is a different matter:
We will please require you to send the item back, so that we can assess the damage and endeavor to find out what caused it so that there will be no similar problems in the future for you or any of our other treasured Clients but most importantly, we will aim to make and send a replacement within 1 week of receiving the returned item. We regret: No refunds.
